Intellectual Property

You agree not to download, copy, reproduce, display, distribute, transmit, publish, or transfer any Content or information obtained from the Site or Service or create derivative works from them without first obtaining written permission from A & T Global IT Consulting. Mirroring or framing any page of this Site on any other website is prohibited. You are forbidden from using any marks or logos on the Site without express written consent from the trademark owner, except as permitted by law.
Transactions
All transactions for the purchase or sale of goods or services facilitated by the Site are governed by the Terms of Use unless specified otherwise. No additional or different terms contained in any purchase order, document, or communication shall be binding on A & T Global IT Consulting unless agreed upon in writing. A & T Global IT Consulting reserves the right, without prior notice and at its discretion, to limit order quantities and refuse service to anyone.
Pricing Disclaimer
A & T Global IT Consulting reserves the right to adjust prices, products, and offers due to changing market conditions, course discontinuation, provider price changes, advertisement errors, and other extenuating circumstances. The price paid at the time of purchase remains valid for you. A & T Global IT Consulting may change information at any time without prior notice.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
This policy applies to registrations for A & T Global IT Consulting's scheduled public classes where payment has been made. It does not apply to registrants signing up via a Purchase Order. All cancellations and reschedules must be notified via email.
A) Cancellations/Reschedules by Customer

Cancellations 1-3 days before class and no-shows will not receive a refund, with the amount credited to future training.

Reschedules more than 15 days in advance will be credited to future training.

Reschedules less than 10 days prior incur a 10% reschedule charge (of standard fee).

Registrant substitutions are allowed before course material assignment.

No refund or credit for non-cancellations or non-attendance.
B) Cancellations/Reschedules by A & T Global IT Consulting

A & T Global IT Consulting may cancel or reschedule classes due to insufficient registrations, trainer unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances.

Consult A & T Global IT Consulting before making travel arrangements for training.

A & T Global IT Consulting is not liable for damages from class cancellations, including transportation or accommodation penalties.

Registrants will be offered a full credit for a future workshop or a full refund, as preferred.
E-Learning (Paid Participant)
This includes e-learning program registrations. All cancellations must be notified via email.
A) Cancellations by Customer

No refund for e-learning courses once enrolled.

No refund for Live online courses once training materials are assigned.
Please Note: Refunds may incur up to a 10% deduction due to bank charges or foreign exchange losses.
