No additional or different terms in any purchase order, document, or communication shall be binding on A & T Global IT Consulting.com unless agreed to in writing. A & T Global IT Consulting.com reserves the right to limit order quantities and refuse service to anyone without prior notice.
Pricing Disclaimer
A & T Global IT Consulting.com reserves the right to amend prices, products, and offers due to changing market conditions, course discontinuation, provider’s price changes, advertisement errors, and other extenuating circumstances. However, the price paid at the time of purchase remains valid. Information on A & T Global IT Consulting.com can be changed at any time without obligation.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
This applies to registrant applications for any scheduled public classes from A & T Global IT Consulting.com, excluding those registered via a Purchase Order. All cancellations and reschedules must be notified via email.
A) Cancellations / Reschedules by Customer
- Cancellations 1-3 days prior to class and no-shows will not receive a refund; the amount will be credited to future training.
- Reschedules more than 15 days before the class will be credited to a future training date.
- Reschedules less than 10 days before will be credited to future training with a 10% reschedule charge (of the standard fee).
- Registrant substitutions are allowed at any time before the course material assignment.
No refund or credit for future training will be offered for non-cancelled or unattended classes.
B) Cancellations / Reschedules by A & T Global IT Consulting.com
- A & T Global IT Consulting.com may cancel or reschedule a class anytime due to insufficient registrations, trainer unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances.
- It is advised to consult an agent before arranging travel for training.
- A & T Global IT Consulting.com is not liable for any damages from class cancellations, including transportation or accommodation cancellation penalties.
- No charges for training; a full refund or credit to a future workshop will be offered as per the registrant’s wish.
E-Learning (Paid Participant):
This applies to registrant applications for any listed e-learning programs. All cancellations must be notified via email.
A) Cancellations by Customer
- No refund for e-learning/self-study courses once enrolled.
- No refund for issued exam vouchers.
- No refund for live online courses after training material assignment.
Note: For Credit Card or Bank Transfer purchases, if a refund is possible, all refund amounts will be subject to a 7% deduction due to bank charges, foreign exchange losses, and order processing fees incurred during the refund process.
