ISO 9001 Lead Implementer

The PECB ISO 9001 Lead Implementer is a five-day training course that aims to help you develop the competence necessary to establish, implement, operate, maintain, and continually improve a QMS. This training course aims to equip you with in-depth knowledge on ISO 9001 requirements, as well as the best practices and approaches used for the implementation and subsequent maintenance of a QMS.

By attending this training course, you can help organizations utilize a structured and evidence-based approach for managing the quality of their products and services. Apart from this, you will also learn about the importance of customer focus and benefits of setting the foundations of an organizational culture which enables and supports quality.

The training course is followed by a certification exam. If you pass, you can apply for the “PECB Certified ISO 9001 Lead Implementer” credential. UKAS accredited and internationally recognized, the “PECB ISO 9001 Lead Implementer” certificate validates your competence to implement a QMS based on the requirements of ISO 9001.

Prerequisites

The main requirements for participating in this training course are a basic knowledge of ISO management system standards, overall knowledge of ISO 9001, and the MS implementation principles. An understanding of ISO’s quality management principles may also facilitate the learning process.

Day 1: Introduction to ISO 9001 and initiation of a QMS

Day 2: Plan the implementation of a QMS

Day 3: Implementation of a QMS

Day 4: QMS monitoring, measurement, continuous improvement and preparation for a certification audit

Day 5: Certification Exam

• Please note all PECB certifications activities must be completed within 12 months from date of enrollment by SMATICA. This includes (take the PECB exam (1st attempt), retake the exam (2nd attempt, if needed), apply for the PECB certificate, and be certified).

1. What is the difference between Self Study, eLearning and live online classes in terms of content delivery and interaction for PECB Courses?

All PECB E-learning has videos developed by PECB North America, trainers along with PDF courseware + 2 attempts at PECB Exam. Not all courses are available in e-learning format, please visit www.A&T.com to check availability.

In all PECB Self Study Courses, enrolled by A&T, gives candidates PDF courseware + 2 attempts at PECB Exam with 1 year validity.

All PECB Live online course have delivery of training using Zoom or MS Teams, in interactive session by PECB approved trainers. Enrolled candidates also have PDF courseware + 2 attempts at PECB Exam. A&T keeps all virtual live online training batches of small size ( 1 to 5 )  candidates, unless it is a private corporate batch.

2. Will the course material be provided as part of the program? If yes, could you specify whether it will be in digital or physical format?

All Enrolled candidates give get access to courseware from PECB KATE app. Currently PECB does allows candidates to download PDF courseware. PECB reserves the right to change the delivery to courseware format to only online digital format, to avoid un-authorized distribution.

3. What are the timings for the PECB live online training sessions, and is there any flexibility in scheduling?

Yes, you can select your preferred dates and preferences of time zone. A&T offers multiple batches of PECB live online trainings in different time zones, worldwide.

4. What payment methods do you accept? Are Bank Transfer transactions supported?
