    ISO/IEC 27035 Lead Incident Manager

    The ISO/IEC 27035 Lead Incident Manager training course equips participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to support organizations in establishing and implementing a process for managing information security incidents. This training course is based on the ISO/IEC 27035 series and other good practices of incident management and covers the entire incident lifecycle, from incident planning to post-incident activities. In addition, participants will also learn about the role of key stakeholders and the importance of working with other organizations to handle information security incidents.

    Day 1: Introduction to Information Security Incident Management concepts as recommended by ISO/IEC 27035

    Day 2: Designing and preparing an Information Security Incident Management plan

    Day 3: Enacting the Incident Management process and handling Information Security incidents

    Day 4: Monitoring and continual improvement of the Information Security Incident Management plan

    Day 5: Certification Exam

    • Please note all PECB certifications activities must be completed within 12 months from date of enrollment by A&T. This includes (take the PECB exam (1st attempt), retake the exam (2nd attempt, if needed), apply for the PECB certificate, and be certified).

    All PECB Live online course have delivery of training using Zoom or MS Teams, in interactive session by PECB approved trainers. Enrolled candidates also have PDF courseware + 2 attempts at PECB Exam. A&T keeps all virtual live online training batches of small size ( 1 to 5 )  candidates, unless it is a private corporate batch.

     

    2. Will the course material be provided as part of the program? If yes, could you specify whether it will be in digital or physical format?

    All Enrolled candidates give get access to courseware from PECB KATE app. Currently PECB does allows candidates to download PDF courseware. PECB reserves the right to change the delivery to courseware format to only online digital format, to avoid un-authorized distribution.
